1. Scope of Services

We provide custom software development, IT services, automation solutions, and business management systems as per mutually agreed requirements.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment is milestone-based

• Delays in payment may pause project progress

• All prices mentioned exclude taxes unless stated

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Ownership of software/code is transferred only after full payment

• Until then, all rights remain with VOXSECURE TECH SOLUTIONS

4. Confidentiality

Both parties will maintain confidentiality of shared data, documents, and proprietary information.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Loss due to incorrect data entered by users

• External server failures

• Issues caused by third-party integrations

• Misuse of the software after delivery

6. Governing Law

All disputes are governed by Indian law and fall under the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka.
